Fusion Library colors are closed

I no longer have access to the material color library. I can't open it anymore either. Who can help me?

Your screen capture really does not show what you are trying to do.  I will take a guess and show you how to access colors when editing a material.  Your material must be located in the Favorites folder to edit the color.

The lock shows that I can't use the colors.
I want to use them for materials, not edit them.
In the past, this was done by drag and drop. I dragged and dropped the color symbol into the drawing.
That's not possible anymore.
