I have many design files saved in a folder-level project. Since I am an education user, I can only create folder-level projects. There is a special link where you can enter your information to have someone from Autodesk move files to a different hub. I have tried this process twice but I have never received any feedback or communication and nothing has moved. Has anyone had luck with this process?
