delete file from editable documents not possible

Hello all,
I hope you can help me with my problem. I archived a file that was still in my editable documents, then I deleted it. But now the file is still in the editable documents (slightly transparent). As soon as I right click on the file to delete it, only two question marks appear.
How do I get the file out of my editable documents ?

Even though the item appears disabled, you may still be able to remove the item from your editable documents by clicking on the drop down and changing it to Read-Only.
