Hi Mike, sorry for the trouble you're having.

Can you walk me through your steps here?

  • Are you saying that you have tried to upload a Solidworks Assembly into your Fusion Team Hub and you're still not able to view it (it hasn't translated?)
  • One question i'd ask would be when you uploaded the file, if you did so using the Assembly upload option, if it has referenced files associated with it? (instructions below)
  • Also, i have seen where you should try and re-upload the file to see if the initial translation failed for some reason.

Let me know,

When you upload using the Assembly option, you want to be sure that you're following the below steps.

  • You can NOT use the Assembly option in your A360 DRIVE, only within your A360 hub does the option exist.
  • Put all files in same folder (parent and children)
  • Check link paths in parent file so they correctly reference the children now that they've moved into the same folder.
  • Select Assembly upload option, choose Parent file, then Upload button.
  • If using AutoCAD files with ref files, use eTransmit to package everything up first, or if using Inventor, then use the Pack and Go feature.
Thanks,
