Cannot edit my read only project. Gives error when I click learn more

I have a student account. I want to 3d print some board game pieces to use for a game I built. The board is already made and at my house, and I have the pieces made as well in fusion 360. I want to use and play the game for personal use. The problem is the document is read only, and I cannot save it. Can someone please advise. I have tried to use the ai tool, searched other forums, and watched videos online but found nothing. When I click learn more to see why the file is read only, I get error 404.

are you saying you made a model from scratch, and you can't save it?

can you export it from the file menu? (preferably as a .f3d file?)

Thanks for your help. The problem is now fixed and I have full access to the document. Before, however, it would not let me export the file either.

what was the issue, how was it resolved?

I think there was a conflict with my account and the down time maintenance
around the time I had this issue.
