Automatically give admin rights to all new projects, to all team members

Hey all,

We've recently purchased a second seat of F360 and created a team that has all of our projects within it. At first, things didn't work for the new seat as it wasn't given admin rights. We fixed that by making that team member an admin role in the Team Hub.
Today its back to not working, and the newer seat doesn't have access to any of our projects. I found an area in the Team Hub to make that person an admin but I am having to click through each project to change that setting.

Please note, we use "Projects" as Customer Files, with each customer having their own project. That said, each time we get a new customer, we'll create a new project and I dont want to have to manually go back in to give admin rights to all team members to that new project.

In short, is there a way to set a global admin rights to all team members so everyone has access to everything at any time? We're all in the same building and all trustworthy enough to have access to things. Id like the Fusion Hub to essentially be a shared file on a network/cloud that everyone can do whatever they need to do with.

Any insight is greatly appreciated.

@ArdentIndustries If you create a new project that is a "folder-level" project, as opposed to an "open", "closed", or "secret" project, you'll have much better control over permissions per user. See this article for more details:

Thanks for the response. In reading that, it still seems like every new "project" created is going to need to be sent to the 2nd seat user as an invite to give them permissions. Is that true?
Can we somehow assign that 2nd seat user as an admin or "top level" access so they can access everything just as I do on my Legacy seat?

If you create a project that is the "open" type, every member of your hub will have access to it.
