Files which are archived in 2021 November/December are missing on myhub.autodesk360.com

Where can I find my old projects?

They were archived through F360>right mouseclick>Archive

I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience. Web browser gets an X amount of projects each time you scroll down. If you try clicking on the Column name "Created On" (to order the results), can you find the missing projects?

Hi, if clicking on the Column name "Created On"

it displays projects (partly) between 2017 and 2018.

If clicked any of the tabs, anny order: ALLOWNED BY MESHARED WITH MEARCHIVED

Still, lots of projects from 2021 and 2020 are missing.

If acces to old archived files appears to not be possible, this would be a big problem and downside to F360.

Also, then the term 'archived' should be changed to 'move to archive, WARNING gets deleted automatically after X time'
