Zoom not working

Since the update a couple of days ago my center mouse roller wont zoom when an operation like "extrude" is active.  Same exact problem that happened a year ago, to the day.  Zoom works fine during sketch, I hit "Q" to extrude the sketch and the center mouse roller does nothing.  Very frustrating!  As a paying customer, I would appreciate useful updates like weld symbols, ability to truncate views, etc---- but this crap where things are working pretty good and suddenly the incessant update breaks the software is getting old.  My workflow is very hindered!

Actually I realized zoom is not working properly in a sketch either.  As soon as a command is active, like a line, the zoom stops working.  If I end the line zoom comes back.  But you CAN'T click a point, zoom out, zoom back in and click the second point.  This is making it impossible to use---- and I need this working everyday as I have a very busy workload.  Please get this resolved!!

I have had a similar problem since the last update. This is undoubtedly a bug.

The temporary solution I found is:

Use the mouse wheel holding the left mouse button so main window stay in focus.

I had reported the same thing, on that thread they gave a work-around (that works for me), mentioned they will try and get it fixed in next release (I am hoping).

Here is the other thread:

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-support/mouse-zooming-bug-in-new-version-v-2-0-8111-april-...

For the setting it references, it took me a while to find it first time - on Windows 10 go to Start/Settings, then Devices, then down the left side click on Mouse, then it showed up. Dont know why MS puts so many varations of those controls in so many places....
