Z Height problem after exporting tool table to 2nd pc

Hallo!

I have a z height problem which i cannot sort out myself.

I am working with a 3 Axis cnc machine with manual toolchange, using SK30 (simmilar to BT30) toolholders. All tool length offsets are stored in the tool table on the CNC control PC. Nothing has been changed on that pc, works flawlessly with fusion 360 for 3 years now.

I do all my programming on a 2nd pc ("old pc") and send data to the CNC via dropbox. I recently upgraded to a different programming pc ("new pc"), installed fusion 360 there. Transferred all my tool libraries to this pc as well.

When i export the very same toolpath on the old and the new pc (see attached files), the code looks different. Why?

Moreover, if i run the code from the new PC, tool offsets are not applied anymore.

How can i solve this?

BR

Andy
