Your operating system is not supported.

I am trying to download fusion 360 for personal use, and i got all registered and click on the download link and it takes me to a new page that says, " Your operating system is not supported. Fusion 360 is supported on 64-bit Windows 7 or newer and 64-bit Mac OS X 10.13 or newer. "

but I do have win10 x64 " System type: 64-bit operating system, X64-based processor " and winver 1909 os build: 18363.1256

and my browser string is

" Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WIN64; rv:84.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/84.0.1 "

and I have also tried

" Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:84.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/84.0.1 "

so what am I missing?

I would first of all upgrade your Windows 10 operating system.  With version 1909 you are out of date by a few versions. You can also search on the error on the internet and see many other reasons.  One that stood out to me was the fact users were not using a wireless or cable connection to the internet but trying to use a hotspot.

@Anonymous One another thing that you can try is to use Chrome and see if that downloads the file. it "could" be that we are not detecting something on Firefox (Just a theory at this time).

@ jhackney1972 I see that you mentiond about connecting through a hotspot and thats what im doing, it's my only internet.

well its not really a hotspot but close enough. so it might be seeing my phone instead of win10x64.

Go visit your local Starbucks and tag into their WiFi and try again.
