'You need the latest update of Fusion 360 to open ...' Continued message, repeated installs required to fix

I have a project that will not open at the beginning of each new day, when trying to open my project I get the pop up message 'You need the latest update of Fusion 360 to open ******* Ask your system administrator to update Fusion 260. Then try again'. I checked the about window, I have the latest version (Windows 10 version 2.0.10440, Active Plan, Student Account). I uninstalled Fusion 360, re-downloaded the 'latest' version fresh from the website, reinstalled, Login, and my project works fully for only one day. The following day, I get the same message, and need to repeat the process (uninstall Fusion 360, re-download the 'latest' version fresh from the website, login). This only happens to this one project I'm currently working on, older projects open just fine. This is day four and it's getting a little annoying now 😞
Please help, I'm out of Ideas and the forums seemed to come up blank on this one for me. See screen shots....
