Yet another sketch constraint bug

Here is another bug where a sketch is marked as fully defined and it is not. The vertical lines between the rectangle and circle are free to move from side to side.

that's a curious sketch all right.  You cannot drag the lines, but can drag the line endpoints...  Good example!  Thanks
