Wrong Extrusion when editing existing extrude on a sketch

I try to edit an extrude feature but everytime I click ok after selecting the sketch faces to extrude, it extrudes completely different ones. It doesn`t matter how often I repeat it or if I select different Offsets/Distances and Operations (New Body or Join). I tried various variations but it is always resulting in random extrusions.

Please share the file and tell which profile it is about.

File > export > save as f3d on local drive  > attach it to the next post.
