Wrapped Tool Path Inverted

Hello All, 

I've got a Tormach PCNC1100. I'm trying to engrave a cylinder using my 4th axis, but when I upload the G-code from fusion 360 to pathpilot the tool path is inverted to what I need it to (refer to the attachment). The tool path goes upward in the Z axis whereas it should be going downwards. 

I appreciate any help!

Now that is interesting. Are you using the latest Tormach post? Can you share your file here?

File > Export > Save to local folder. Return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply

Here's the issue:
Your Z is upside down in your Setup, and you should also have it to "Center of Rotation"
