Workspace Colours

Hello There everyone, a simple enquiry this time, I want to remove the shadow under models as indicated by the red arrow in the first image "Shadow"

My second question is how to remove the  white spotlight from the middle of the working environment, I quite like the Tranquility Blue Colour but not the spotlight so much right in the middle of the grid area.

I have been up and down the Preferences options several times, the options either aren't there or I'm missing them

Worked it out, they are on the status bar in Display/Effects, Ground shadow and Ground Plane.
