After uninstalling Fusion 360 using the normal uninstall process, you need to clean up after it, before reinstalling, using either the Automatic Process or the Manual one.  You may also consider, if this is a Windows operating system, you may have a corrupted user profile and may want to repair or create a new one before reinstalling.

Something has corrupted the file, mentioned in the error, my same advice applies.  Even though it is harder, I always use the Manual method of uninstalling and also after that the Automatic script for good measure.  Someone or something has changed one of your Fusion 360 files, giving you the error.
