I'm unable to connect to the internet through Fusion 360, I'm going crazy here, I've tried EVERYTHING! I have educational access, my system is Windows 11, a Dell Ryzen 5 RTX 3050. Everything was fine until yesterday, suddenly went offline. I've tried:

  • Repairing and reinstalling, and I couldn't even work offline anymore
  • Formatting my computer and reinstalling, also didn't work. now i cant even instal fusion
  • Unchecking the read-only option, but it keeps reverting, showing just a dash symbol (image1)
  • Trying to create permissions in proxy, but I'm not sure if I'm doing it right and i dont use one.

PLEASE help me, I really need it for my college work.

@piettro_laurindo @Can you please try a couple of things ?

1. Can you connect to a different network like your mobile hotspot and see if Fusion launches in online mode?

2. Can you restart your router and see if that helps ?

@piettro_laurindo @So something in your current network is blocking access. Did you try a restart of your router ?

@piettro_laurindo @The second image is the response you need to get. So in your WiFi it seems like either your firewall or something else is blocking this access. If you go windows defender and turn off your firewall see if you can access that link. If you can then it is the firewall that will need to give it access.

@piettro_laurindo @If you login to your router you will see it has a firewall too check it there. It might be that the ISP is blocking it? I say that because if you went with a different ISp (your phone) it worked.
