Hi @JHRendon ,

This is due to you having a proxy server set up that is refusing the connection to our servers from your computer.

2019-07-17 06:52:12,724 - MainProcess(12180) - InstallDriver - adsk.dls.streamer.process - INFO :: Proxy enabled True

Are you aware you had a proxy setup? If so - have you whitelisted all the ports and domains? If not, can you disable your proxy and try installing then.

Thanks,

Hi @JHRendon ,

This would be under the LAN settings which is greyed out because your machine is configured by a system admin. Can you contact them and inquire about the proxy connection?

Thanks,

HI @JHRendon ,

Try this:

  1. Search for command prompt
  2. Run command prompt as admin
  3. type: netsh winhttp show proxy
    1. Does it show a proxy, or does it say direct?
  4. If it shows a proxy, type: netsh winhttp reset proxy

Let me know if that works.

Thanks,

Hi @JHRendon ,

That is strange you are getting that proxy error then. Can you try running a virus scan, as well as launching the Fusion installer as an admin?

If that fails, we can schedule some time to do a remote session.

Thanks,

Hi @JHRendon ,

Email me at james.youmatz@autodesk.com and we can set something up. Also, are you on a home internet network?

Thanks,

Hi James,

I got exactly the same error although I am not using a proxy server.

I am on my home internet network.

Do you still know how you fixed it the last time?

Thanks for helping.

I'm am getting the same issue, no proxy server on, no firewall, I'm login in as admin

I even tried this method

 C:\Users\Home\AppData>"Fusion 360 Client Downloader.exe" -o single

I still get Winerror 10061
