Will this video card be better than my existing one

Hey All,  I'm looking for some input on if this Gigabyte Radeon R7360 2048MB GDDRS5 will be better than my current card. Which is a ATI FireGL V8650.  As you can see it's OLD stuff as is my workstation computer and the Radeon card I've just had sitting around for years but never installed it.  

The problem is Fusion runs terrible on the ATI card, I have all kinds of glitchy stuff going on with the video. Yes drivers are up to date but always had issues on this box with video, so time to get it resolved.  New comp would be nice but this is a dual-processor computer and is still capable I just need to clean her up a bit to get it running better again.  

Input would be really appreciated.

Sorry, been trying to find time to get a video of this but will just explain. one issue Im having is when in the tool library in manufacturing when editing tools its really glitchy, I move the mouse and the images and placement of the items Im trying to edit change location, disappear, reappear, move to a different location, then when I go to mouse over to the selection I want it moves etc. making selecting what I want almost impossible sometimes because constantly clicking in the wrong spot.  It's actually hard to explain.
