Will not let me download version for personal use

Start the Download but gets part way through then error stops download

tried to up load error log direct from down load again. Would not accept a direct copy of the .log file  in the attachment Box.

Maybe this issue should be address so the log can be upload straight away instead of having to copy into a long word doc.
