@mark3 Can you post an image of the error? Also it should have a link for you to download a log file that you can attache here please?

tried to up load error log direct from down load again. Would not accept a direct copy of the .log file in the attachment Box.
Maybe this issue should be address so the log can be upload straight away instead of having to copy into a long word doc.
