Dear all,

I'm trying to get the sheet metal model attached to create a Flat Pattern. It produces some warnings (yellow and, sadly, meaningless to me) and creates a Flat Pattern instance which is empty. Do you have any ideas?

Thank you for your time,

Edmunds

If you override the 3 corner bend relief radius to 0.5mm it works. See attached file.

I recommend starting by fully defining Sketch1.

There is honestly likely a defect here, but to fix this:

  1. Roll back the timeline to the first sheet metal feature
  2. Create the flat pattern
  3. Roll forward the timeline one step
  4. update flat pattern
  5. Repeat 3 & 4
  6. Flat pattern will now generate, albeit still with warnings.
