Why my pencil toolpath, makes this weird monument?

Hello, I'm wondering why my pencil toolpath, is going like this, instead of making just straight line, adjusting height of Z while doing it?

The solution is adjusting tolerances and smoothing tolerances?

On your Passes tab, change your "Overthickness" value from 0 to .5mm
