Why lines in sketch are unmovable?

Please tell, why lines in this sketch are not movable?

I'm sorry for being unable to attach screencast properly

The problem is the lines are not on the sketch plane, to move geometry not on the sketch plane you need to use the Move tool.

You can see here the plane above your geometry. Is there a reason you want the sketch here? Really you are better off sticking to 2d sketches and making offset planes.

Move will let you move lines.
