Why is my design showing a wire frame?

I'm very new to this software and I'm not sure what is happening. I was moving an object on my design and now it displays like this. Prior to this I was also having issues with moving it as it would jump around to locations I wasn't targeting. Once I got it to move to the correct place it started displaying like this.

I have recorded a video to help with understanding the issue.

the image looks like a component is selected.  Try pressing escape, as that will unselect any selected items.

ESC doesn't seem to do anything.

I have recorded a video to help with understanding the issue. I have also attached the video to the main question above.

You can Attach your model so the Forum users can take a look at it directly.  This will help diagnosis the problem a lot faster.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a forum post to attach it.

Thanks for this suggestion, I ended up duplicating the file and the issue went away. So I just completed the design from the duplicated file.
