All toolpaths, or just one?

Where have you established the work coordinate system on your machine? If it's supposed to be, for example, at the bottom left edge (some machines require this) and you've set it at the top/middle of part, this would result in the behavior you are seeing.

I'm assuming you've verified the tool offset settings at the machine?
