Your screencast still didn't make it.  And, just a screencast probably won't help much - we need the actual design shared here.  Text is only as good as the font you are using - some fonts work great, others don't work well at all.  So, first step, try a different font.  Second, if you "explode" the text into vectors, you can possibly edit the text in the sketch and fix any problems, though that is tedious.

It's the text on the back side of the coin.

Might just be the font.

I suspect it is the font, and that I don't have this font on my computer, so I get a default, and it works:

can you Explode that text on your machine and re-post your design?  That might help identify the problem areas.  Thanks.
