Why can I not post in the Feedback Forum?

When I try to post to the Feedback Hub, I get this:

Why is that?

The Feedback Hub is set up that way on purpose.  It is intended to provide a way for Autodesk to post topics to get feedback from users, not as a general place for new customer topics.  Use whatever sub-forum of this:  https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360/ct-p/1234 is appropriate.  For instance, for Design, Simulation and Drawings topics, use:  https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-design-validate/bd-p/124.
