Why can I not delete component libraries in the library manager?

I would like to delete the Pre Installed Fusion 360 component Symbol/Device/Footprint libraries and only use my own. Why am I not able to do this? I tried to locate the filed on my local disk but cannot seem too locate where these files are. I never use these component libraries and it is disruptive to work flow when I have to sort through my created libraries versus the ones provided by Autodesk.

This was first requested in 2015.  Over 8 years later it hasn't matured into a possibility despite many requests and strong support.
