I'm very confused. In the attached project, I cannot select the profiles created by these sketch lines:
However, when I make a new project file and do the same workflow, the profiles are selectable:
What am I missing?

OK never mind, I just figured it out. I noticed that this option was deselected in the sketch in question:
I'm not sure how it was deselected, I certainly didn't click on it. Maybe there is a keyboard shortcut for it that I hit on accident.
Anyway, I can't delete the question, so I'm leaving this answer here in case anyone else comes across it.
