It's that error screenshot attached above and I was making a flat pattern of an existing component so I could use it in a drawing. The flat pattern still was created and it didn't hinder me at all.

It happens each time I do a flat pattern in that file. Cant attach it
because its a work project sadly.

Can you reproduce the issue in a dummy file?

Does your geometry adhere to the 4 basic rules of sheetmetal? (There are more than 4 but usually issues can be traced to the basic 4.)
