When scaling model with user scale parameter, rigid joint flips orientation

To recreate the problem, load the model and then change the user parameter "Scale" to "(.00075 * 10) * 1 in" and watch the shutters on the house.  At some point these flip 180 degrees about the Z axis on me.  If they don't flip with the first scale change, increment the 10 in the "Scale" parameter to 11 as in "(.00075 * 11) * 1 in", then to 12, then to 13, etc.  By 13 you should notice a flip in one of the window orientations.  It doesn't seem to be completely predictable and sometimes it will flip back when you decrement the scale factor.  Preparing this submission I did 10, 11, 12, 13, the window flipped, change the scale to 12 and the window flipped back, then incremented to 13 and it was fine, incremented to 14 and the window flipped 180 degrees again.

Hi Davidwhill,

Thank you so much for sharing this observation. I tried to reproduce this scenario in Production Build 2.0.15022, I scale the model to 0.00075 * 10 and observed that the windows misplaced from the actual position (i.e. Rigid Joint) followed by scale value of 0.00075 * 11, 0.00075 * 12, 0.00075 * 13. Could you please confirm is it the same issue which is observed by you, Video attached for reference.

No. This video does not show what I experienced as a Fusion 360 user. To
observe the problem you need to change the user parameters by selecting
"Modify>Change Parameters" and then making a change to the user defined
parameter "Scale".

Hi Davidwhill,

Thank you so much for sharing the steps, I observed the flip behaviour when i changed the user defined
parameter "Scale" values from "Modify>Change Parameters". Please find the attached video, Could you please confirm the workflow and let me know if anything is missing.

The workflow is correct and that is the orientation flip on the window I am seeing.
