When I try to post a question by using Google Chrome, it gets stuck.

Does this happen when you do it through other devices as well? Or only one device has this issue?

The problem happened while I am typing a few lines. This is the reason that my original post was very short. 

The problem occurred more often with Google Chrome than with Microsoft Windows. The problem occurred more freqeuntly on one computer than on the other. However, this problem does  not occur now. I am now using Google Chrome.

Try re-installing chrome or deleting cookies. Perhaps some of the extensions that you have may be the cause of the issue.
