Merhaba,

When I draw in sheet metal and create a flat pattern in Fusion 360, I cannot dimension the holes?

This model was imported as a Base Feature, one side split, and then converted to sheet metal.  Because the holes were created in the Base Feature, Fusion 360 only sees them a ellipses so it cannot apply a diameter dimension. Create the sheet metal part in Fusion 360 completely and you will not experience this issue.

The holes were created in the bent state so when unfolded they are not going to be round.

If you recreate this and add the holes when the part is unfolded then the holes will not be round when you refold so you need to decide in what state you need the holes to be round.
