When i go to export my project i can't ecport to a OBJ

so in my class we are doing a wrench and my teacher said at the end export the wrench to a OBJ file, when i go to do that the option doesn't pop up it. it lists a few option but none are the one i need to do.

Open your model in Fusion 360.  Go the the File menu, select Export, the select the drop down arrow under file types and then take a screen capture of the result.  Attach what you capture to a forum post.
