When i double Click on my project, it open on web page.

I think that is a new update, but i don't no how to modify my project.

Having same issue, and when I select the project on the webpage and select pen in desktop nothing happens

Also, I can't add any dimensions, there is a weird bug. 
Seems like something is wrong this morning.
