When can we EXPECT our service that we pay for to be turned back on?

Tired of having entire days of productivity wiped out by a product I PAY for.

Can you fix your broken system?

Can I get a refund on the time I lost?  I bill at 45.00 per hour.  Can I get you to send me 300.00 to cover my cost of using your software?

BTW my video card is just fine.
