What to do when reinstalling doesn't solve the "CB_URF ...synchronising failed" error?

This is my first forum post, I hope I can find help here.
My problem began with a frozen Fusion on startup (non-responding). So after some search I found out about the Service Utility and used it to repair, reset and later reinstall Fusion. In the end nothing worked, but I found out Fusion was starting normal when I use only one monitor.
I thought all my problems were gone, but to my surprise: so were all my projects and data. I got the "CB_URF - We're unable to synchronize your projects." error and in the online hub I also got an error saying "Something went wrong. Please try again later".
Using this article (https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/We-re-unable-to-sy...) I then re-tried the Service Utility to repair, reset and reinstall fusion (checking if it fixed the problem in between of course), but to no avail: all my projects, files etc. are still missing.
Can anyone tell me what to do to get them back?
