My work is gone to smoke, several of my models just won't work now.
I don't know what happened, here you get the model looking good when i finished working on it several weeks back.
And how it is now when i tried to reopen it to modify some pieces.

I don't know what to do it's awful.

The last update included a substantial upgrade to the mesh workspace in Fusion 360. That required changes to the data structures in designs that include meshes.

So after the update Fusion 360 automatically performed a re-compute of the timeline to upgrade the data structure.

That command is also available through the menu "Modify->Compute all".

I guess the re-computation of the timeline is causing the errors in your design to appear.
