welcome screen options greyed out

Hello everyone, 

I am a bit confused since Fusion asked me to create a "team". 
Now I cannot access to the software anymore.
On the welcome screen, all the option are greyed out
I have tried to restart the computer : it doesn't work.

Any idea where it could come from ?

Have you tried to reinstall F360?

If that did not help try following this post, which is linking to resetting Fusion 360.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THE WARNINGS when performing the reset!
