not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but I think the import SVG settings GUI has a strange behaviour.
The Scale Plane XY factor get set as new "default" if the Z angle angle is changed.
For example, lets say I import a SVG file into my sketch, in the GUI settings, I set the Scale plane to 0.5 because I want it half size. Then I change the Z angle to 90° and in a last step I decide to adjust the scale factor to 0.45
When typing 0.45, this new scale factor is applyied to the already 0.5 reduced object instead of the original object and this makes the adjustement process a bit weird.
