Web sharing design with "inserts" shows blank viewer

Hi there!  I have had this problem sporadically in the past but now I need to show a design to a client.  The web viewer is showing only a blank palette where the models should show up, and black bar in the lower left of the A360 viewer.  This is the bar that should flash green when models are loading but it is not.

This viewer is a collection of designs I assembled into one viewer for ease of use for my client.  So they are a bunch of "insert into current designs".  It is almost as if the viewer link is being set up, but the models are not being allowed to be shared.

Sharing each individual design works fine, but all together hangs forever.

Ah....now it is working...took 15 minutes but now they are showing up.  Now I have another problem with all of the attached canvases showing up, but that is for a different thread 🙂
