Web browser won't open to log in

I have just re-installed Windows 10, and re-installed Fusion 360. I cant get any further than the window which should open my web browser but cannot proceed any further. I can open my online profile and access my files, but even when I try to open in Desktop from there i get the same screen. Re starting windows has no effects, I have tried resetting and repairing Fusion 360 from the utility menu, but again no change. Any suggestions?

@gtanfieldXFGU4 @Can you please attach the Identity log files per instructions below? 

1. In the service utility run the get system info 

2. it will generate two zip files 

3. please attach the diagnostics logs.zip 

 

also what is your default browser? Does changing the default browser help? This could likely be a permission issue that the browser is not launching.

The service utility crashes out before generating any log files, this is the log file that I get when trying to start Fusion 360. Browser is Chrome, but also changed default to Edge, but i get the same result

@gtanfieldXFGU4 Can you please do the below 

1. Go to %localappdata%\Autodesk\Identity Services\Log\
2. Collect and attach IdServices.log

Once you do this can you follow the below article and update the Ads component on your machine and try the workflow again? https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/tsarticles/ts/A785RG35hP8oUR96WrYkn.html

Attached below are the Id services log both prior to updating Ads component, and after, no change in the result, browser window still wont open

I had to log in as an administrator to get access, all good now
