I want to project a surface around an object but I get this warning
Here is the sketch. As you can see the drip on the left is not projected. Why is that and what can I do to fix this?

Are you sure you are not looking to use the Emboss command to wrap the profile around the box? In the model attached I did an emboss but you can also change it to a deboss.

I assume you are using Project Curve to Surface here. This command is not a "wrap" function. It will not work projecting that sketch onto the faces in your body. There is no intersection between that "drip" section of the sketch and the body in your model. You'd have to have multiple sketches on multiple sides of your body to do the kind of wrap that I think you are after.
