Use of Contact Sets

Hello Support, am trying to design something like a bicycle one-way hub, please find attached the design. The Pawl (red) works the way I want only if I ground the Inner race (yellow), but I don't want it grounded but to have a revolute joint to the Bearing-front. Thanks.

Contact Sets in Fusion 360 are notoriously unreliable.  Take a look at the Screencast and see how it looks to your.  If you move it backwards, against the pawl, too quickly the Contact Set state will fail.  Model is attached.
