Hi @Anonymous,

I'm sorry you are having this experience. Just to confirm, you are saying that Fusion 360 is already installed, and it is the process of exporting a USDZ file that causes this error? Is this on Windows or macOS, and what version?

Would you be able to please send me the installation path for your Fusion installation? Additionally, let me know the directory path that you were trying to export to. (You can privately message this to me if the path contains personally-identifying information, but we need to know the impacted characters.)

The easiest way to find Fusion's installation path on Windows is to right-click Fusion's shortcut icon, click Properties, and copy what is listed for the "Target:" field.

Finally, please provide log files from Fusion, which may help us identify the issue.

Hi @Anonymous,

After investigating this issue, it sounds like this is actually a known limitation of the USD file format itself, as it is still somewhat under development. We do not know when this might be resolved by the developers of the USD format, but will update to support the latest standards once available.
