Usage Limit Exceeded for Fusion 360 Active Plan

I've had an active Fusion 360 Single seat Plan since the beginning of the year, but am unable to create more than one project under my single user storage. I've been creating projects as part of a team, as I originally had a student account and created a team when buying a full licence so that I wouldn't lose access a number of projects (and this is what I was advised to do by Fusion support when I was asking if there was a way to transfer my student data to my new licence).

How do I fix this?

I've included a screenshot of my active Fusion 360 account from fusion as well as a zip of my fusion 360 diagnostics logs.

Hi @MSwainDesigns, thanks for posting.

If I assumed it correctly, this may be connected to roles assigned in the project that you are trying to work with. I think the steps from this article can be helpful - Unable to create or save a new project in Fusion 360. If you do not have admin rights, contact with the team administrator who will be able to check your account settings.

If my answer helped you, please click Accept Solution. Thanks!

I am the admin of my Fusion 360 Teams, and am able to create projects as normal.

The issue I have is I cannot create projects in my personal account/storage.

I am the owner and admin of both my personal fusion account and my teams account
