I am having an issue when I hit save the files just continue to upload and get stuck about half way across the progress bar.

I have:

  1. signed out and back in
  2. Used the cancel stuck uploads button
  3. Unistalled and reinstalled fusion
  4. I have also tried it on multiple different networks both at school and at home.

I was very excited to switch and use fusion in my classroom from inventor after a conference and then started using it and it has been very slow and saving a file has been an issue that has really been frustrating.  During a webinar I lost my file due to uploading issues.  The unistall did not happen and a file which I had already created and just turned a part visibility back on and tried to save has been uploading for over an hour and the upload progress has not moved.

I tried designing something today and it is stuck on an upload again and it appears as though the new project I created today and worked for a few hours on is an empty project despite saving and saving as to edit along the way

Hi @woodworker2001

Please see if this works.

Manually clear out the upload Queue

1. Close Fusion 360

2. Browse to:
C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\***\W.Login\

2. Make a copy F & Q folders and save it to a different directory for safe keeping

3. Delete all the files and folders in "W.wwwwip1fqa" and the UploadQueuedFileList.xml

4. Delete the jobs.json and the jobs.json.lck files located in:
C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\***\P.Login

5. Restart Fusion 360

Let me know if Fusion works after this, If not "collect the Diagnostic Log Files for Fusion 360" and attach here to the next reply

Close fusion 360 application, Take a backup of 4DD2REMCWBTC, Delete all the files inside 4DD2REMCWBTC.

Launch Fusion 360.
If you still see problem, Please share the Diagnostic Log Files in the next reply

This does not seem to have solved the issue.  Here are the diagnostic Files.  My files have been trying to save for over an hour.

Wanted to see what other suggestions you have.

A couple files did save, but they were well over 1 hour to save... on good high speed internet at my local community college while noone is on campus....  I have lost numerous projects throughout the which has been frustrating.  I am/was considering a transition to Fusion in my classroom, but this is making me rethink this transition.

@dsouzasujay  Just today I got an email from my tech department checking on my pc due to excessively high internet usage during the time when I had it open and fusion was running still trying to save a fell from my first email with the picture.  I am getting very close to abandoning fusion at this point if I cant figure this out.

I am attaching another set of diagnostic files as you asked for.  Could you please point me in the right direction?

Hi @woodworker2001

The log file clearly says problem is related to upload.

Could you give a try below steps.

  1. From the File menu, open Show Text Commands.

Screenshot 2022-12-20 at 10.59.11 PM.png

  1. Enter the following text command. This cancels all ongoing uploads and creates a backup of all the uploads in an "OxygenID"/UploadsBackup folder.
Fusion.CancelUploads
  1. If creating the backup fails, use the following alternative text command.
Warning: This will cancel the uploads and not create a backup.
Fusion.CancelUploads/force

4. Clear Fusion 360 cache data

Restart to clear cache

@dsouzasujay I did this.  I then created a quick cube and attempted to save it.  This cube has been saving for 5 minutes at this point and when I attempt to close Fusion it is telling me I have 3 pending jobs.

Attached are the latest log files and a screen shot

Hi @woodworker2001

I can see there are few issues with proxy in the log file.

Screenshot 2022-12-21 at 2.34.08 AM.png

Please give a try by changing proxy settings
