Uploads and Cloud solving stuck

Hello guys,

I can't seem to upload new versions of my files and also when I try to solve a simulation on the cloud, it just says sending forever, but it never does send it.

I followed the instructions in the "Upload Pendiing" thread and I don't see the files pending message when I close Fusion but the problem persists...

Hi,
had a similar problem about a month ago. 
I downloaded a STEP design from the hub, and it had Croatian letters in it (č,š,ž,ć etc). On upload, this one letter changed to "¸". The upload got stuck, and for some days I couldn't exit Fusion normally. Only after reinstall, the situation cleared.

Can you post your diagnostic log files? Would be curious to see what's going on.
