I'm trying to upload two clean .stp files into Fusion. Using the Upload button in the data window to upload those files to my project folder seems to start the process, but the progress bar never advances. Giving it time doesn't work. Restarting Fusion shows the same state (upload in progress with no progress).

I tried clearing the cache data to no effect. I can't find any updates to install (in fact, checking for updates fails despite having a solid internet connection).

I was able to upload the .stp files by clicking "open on the web" in the data panel and uploading online. The files loaded in just a few seconds and then appeared in my data panel in Fusion when I refreshed the folder. I open the models on the web and view them.

However, when I try to open one within Fusion I get an error saying that my Fusion is out of date and requires an update. I can't find an update to install, even going through "Autodesk Access". Below is the error dialog I get as well as the log file.

Original .stp files were exported from Catia V6/3D Experience.
